Why Founders Exists

After more than 10 years working inside the two largest names in the window and door industry — from sales consultations to managing a large regional sales team, training new consultants, and building out operating processes across 40+ install crews, 9 project managers, and their supervisors — I saw the same thing happen over and over: homeowners paying tens of thousands of dollars more than they needed to, not because the product demanded it, but because of the overhead built into buying direct from a national brand, and because there wasn’t an alternative option available that offered homeowners the same value as the big national brands. This gap in the market ceased to exist the day Founders Window & Door opened its doors.

Founders Window & Door exists to close the gap in the market that forced homeowners to overspend. Homeowners that choose to partner with Founders receive the same premium manufacturer-grade products and the same attention to detail and installation standards I spent a decade learning and refining at a price-point they feel great about because it’s fair and you never pay for what you don’t need.

This isn’t a side project. It’s a company I’m building to last — one I intend to still be standing, and still earning trust, for years to come.
